You can lactate without being pregnant or ever even having a child. I doubt if you have a real problem that needs any sort of immediate attention.
I didnt think that could happen at such an early stage of pregnancy (that is if your test is incorrect).....did you check Webmd? I go on there for everything.
are you positive that it is milk and not a clear, yellow tainted discharge? because if you are not pregnant and you are having this discharge then you may want to go and see a dr.. it could be the beginning signs of a yeast infection of the breast.
It is a good thing that you have a doctors appointment. It could be a number of harmless things. So try not to worry to much, it could be just a simple discharge that your doctor will advice you on.
Some meds can cause that. I was on Dolmitol (or something like that) and I was lactating!!!!!!!
