I need to lose some weight fast! Any tips?!

You don't have to starve. Cut out sugar, starch and caffeine. Drink lots and lots of water, and walk at least 20 minutes every single day. IT CAN BE DONE! I'm trying to lose 30 by May.

Cut down on calorie intake...and excercise... i mean take up more sports or even do ballet( ive lost a lot of weight because of it and im 14{just turned} but itll build muscle also) or jenny craig- my cuzin does that and she lost like 83 lbs so far

for your age i recommend just cutting all sweets and soda and stop eating after 7 with 30 mins of exercise at least 4 times a week

just watch what you eat
eat healthy like fruits and things like that
go ighter on the junkfood
and exercize at least 3 times a week
make shure you could cardio in there too
it's the most importan thing and it will really help you
it's not hard to lose wieght
you just have to be comitted and know how to properly do it

K. Well you are only 13 and you want to lose 70 pounds? Are you even fat??? If you are like only 100 pounds, don't lose any. Maybe you should go swimming or do crunches. Do some running and start eating healthier. Don't eat all that junk at BK or anything like that. Look for foods with protein and fiber, as well as calcium. This will help gain muscle and help you lose that weight. Go to the weight room.

it would help to know what you are doing now........
if your drinking non diet soda switch to diet soda
if your drinking caffeinated soda switch at least half of those to non caffeinated....
eat more fruits and veggies..... drink at least 8 glasses of water every day
switch to a lower fat or nonfat milk.... don't add salt on to things you eat.....
run, swim. ride your bike, skip, push ups, sit ups, lunges
at 13 i doubt you need to loose that much weight but if you do for medical reasons your doctor should be able to give you the best advice......
its hard to diet when other people are doing the cooking and grocery shopping

Eat "healthy" and by healthy I mean a balanced diet of nutrients and vitamins in organic, whole food. Go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/ to find yours.

Next exercise regularly, start out at twice a week cardio for 20 minutes and weight training for 20. Bulid up your time over three months(June/July) to 40 minutes cardio and 30min weight training. By September you should be and cardio for at least an hour or more and weight training as needed.

You should work yourself, slowly, up to 4-5 times a week for cardio and mainting weight training for just three times a week. This should work well for your age. Also add in some low-impact events such as swimming (gets in cardio) or low-resistant biking, this will save your knees from pain!

Basic equipment for your own home gym is a yoga mat, a balancing "yoga" ball, a set of 5lb weights and 10 lbs weights, and a stop watch. Also, ditch the scale!!

Eating.. each a hearty breakfast, I know it can be hard a times. Have a snack around 10/11 and eat lunch around 12 have a snack around 3/4 and dinner by 6. Always eat right after a good workout (you have an hour to eat lots of protein and carbs while your metabolism is still up) this will restore what you burned, but into the palces you need it, not into fat.

How much do you weigh? I doubt very much you need to lose 70 pounds at 13 years old. If you are seriously overweight (ie those aforementioned 70 pounds) you should probably see your doctor and ask to be recommended to a nutritionist. In general you should be eating tons of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with whole grains, and proteins like chicken and fish = to a min of 1200 calories a day. Exercise - at least 30 minutes of cardio: running, walking, swimming, anything you like. The best way to lose weight at your age is probably to join an organized sports team that holds daily practices.

The South Beach Diet is a great (and healthy, doctor recommended) diet. I am 29 now, but needed to loose about 40 pounds when I was in my early 20's. You do have to give up carbs and sugars, but only for the first 14 days. After that, you start to incorporate them back into your eating. I HIGHLY recommend that you get the book, follow the diet, and even just do light excercise. All I did was walk 20 minutes a day, follow the diet, and did 5 minutes of ab excercises...and lost all 40 pounds in 3 months. In the first two weeks, IF YOU STICK TO IT, you will loose between 8-12 pounds. Hope it works out for you. Good luck!!!

super fast weight loss is not healthy... consider a longer time table and work out a diet and exercise plan. But please eat ... so many girls want to lose weight so the just stop eating. There are many ways to lose weight healthly.
