Unfortunately the pain you describe could be one of many things and impossible to diagnose on here. If it is your right side near the joint of your leg it might be appendicitis in which case you need to see a doctor straight away. If there is any chance that you could be pregnant again get it checked ASAP to rule out ectopic pregnancy. On the other hand it could be something simple like trapped wind or constipation. Try drinking some hot water this could release the wind.
Is it your appendix? you may need to go to the hospital. If you don't think that's it, it may be an ovarian cyst. They are extremely painful (I have them all the time) and they usually go away on their own (even though some women need to have them drained/removed). Go to your gyno and get an ultrasound done, and they'll be able to tell you. =) Good luck!
