Unfamiliar lower ab pain?!

Question: My lower ab/almost near my uterus hurts.. but only when I suck in my stomach or bend backward.
I did go bowling 2 nights ago.. which I haven't done in awhile so I'm thinking that I may have tweaked something then...
But I have had sex within the past month.. and though pregnancy tests indicate no, I'm wondering if this pain is a sign of pregnancy? (I have no other typical "pregnant" symptoms.)
Also.. I'm wondering if it sounds more serious and if I should go to the doctor and have them check everything out to make sure there isn't a cyst or something?
I don't know...
Does any of this even sound LOGICAL!? :)

Yes, it sounds logical. If it is below your hips is it considered pelvic pain and it's a problem. I had/have chronic pelvic pain. I went through every gynecological disease/symptom with my doctor. Well, actually it turned out to be Coccydynia - an inflammation of the tailbone but it was and still is producing my pelvic pain. The reason I tell you that story is because pelvic pain can be ANYTHING and it's not always from the reproductive organs. It can also take a long time to diagnose It doesn't seem like a sign of pregnancy, especially if the pregnancy tests say no. Make sure you visit a doctor because pelvic pain can sometimes get worse, but if you get on it you may figure out what it is.

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. It could be anything from constipation, to ovulation pains. Bottom line, you know your body, and if something feels off, and the pain lasts for more than a few days, then I would go to the doctor.

You could have anything from ovulation pangs to appendicitis. You should go get checked out if the pain lasts longer than 3 days. You can also have a pulled groin muscle.
