Question: Ok im 11 years old were learning about puberty in health class.Its been about 1 month after that lesson im curious about puberty and worried that I have the symptoms I am clumsy im always hungry even if I eat a whole steak im always up in my room as if I was depressed.Please Help Me!

Stop worrying about it so much. Look around you and you will see all the signs in other people. Yes you will get moody at times but you need to try and keep your cool for now.

What are the signs of puberty?
Puberty affects boys and girls differently.
* In females:
