Question: um, so im a young teen and i got my 1st period last year. but ove always got this white discharge which is RANK! What is it and how do I stop it feeling so horrible? Hi, just to let you know Im a young teen girl too and I know what your going through.
well when you first get your period or a few months (or even years) before you get your first peiod you get distcharge. This is completly normal. It happened to me and it happened to all of my friends in my class too. So don't worry about that it will stop eventually. Sometimes it might come back but only ocasionally.
You asked how to stop it feeling so horrible. I'm sorry Im not sure what to do about that.
When you said that you got your period last year and it still hasn't come back after 7 months thats ok its happening to me at the moment too. I just started getting mine last year and I havent had them since 1st January!!
This doesn't happen to everyone but thats fine its completly normal. Sometimes when people first get their periods it doesn't come on the date its due. It might come really early or really late.
So yeah, theres nothing wrong with your body.

If it smells really bad, you should probably contact your doctor. It could be a sign of a vaginal infection, and your doctor is the only person who can make a proper diagnosis for you. You can also ask them about your delay in periods, but many girls notice that when they're in their teens, so it may not be a cause for concern. That would ultimately be up to your doctor, though.
If it's just a white discharge with no smell, then it sounds perfectly normal, but foul odor is usually a sign of infection.
this is just discharge every woman gets this. and that probebly wasnt your period! i think it was just you hybdemen ( a thin layer of skin covering the vagina) breaking. this usally breaks when u first have sex but it has been known to break when playing sports riding bikes and using tampons, and dose bleed a bit. but when u do get your period it will be irregular for a few years before it falls into a pattern. hope i helped
