I am on the pill and I got my period, but I am having really bad cramps...?!
Question: I have been on the pill for a couple of years. My periods are usually light and painless. However, this one is horrible. I just got it today and its the worst one ever! I am also hardly bleeding. Could this be because I intentionally skipped like two periods before this? What is wrong with me? Thanks.

Unfortunately it is highly likely that because you ran 3 pill cycles together your period is going to be like a period x3! Basically your endometrial lining is going to be quite thick by now so it is going to be more clotty than normal... and clots equal cramps. Take some painkillers and a hot bath or use a hot water bottle. Do relaxation exercises, they really help.
