If you are really worried, consult you doctor, but I'd speculate that your body is just going through some changes. I had a similar thing happen to me last summer. One month I had a lot more breast tenderness than usual, and I started having cramps from hell. My cycle was delayed too, so I freaked out. My period still comes a little 'late' every month these days, and I have the worst cramps in the world, but my doctor has never found anything wrong with me. If you're in your early 20's like me, or even late teens, you're body is still adjusting to womanhood and things like this can be alarming - but are likely normal.

Go to the doctor. I had the same thing happen and he gave me an ovulation shot. That jump starts your period after he tests to see that you are not pregnant.
