Its very normal to bleed after the morning after pill. The pill basically shocks your system enough that a fertilized egg won't implant. For most people, that includes bringing on a period within days of taking the pill. Some, don't get that period.
You should expect a fairly normal period now, followed by a month or two of somewhat irregular periods - they may be early or late, heavier or lighter then normal. Your body will readjust, but it may take a couple months. Again, for some, that readjustment happens almost immediately.
I don't know. It never happened to me and I took it 3 times.
