You can't change the size of your boobs.. sorry!
Massage them with a good plastic surgeon. Or....get big self confidence instead. Most people that have boob jobs have trouble eventually....with ruptures, etc. Someday, when you get older and gain a little more weight, you boobs will get bigger with the rest of you.

Massage won't make them bigger. Massaging with cream won't make them bigger. Why don't you try expanding your mind in more worthwhile directions than obsessing about the size of your breasts.
