i think it would be okay to do a little exercising. you just need to make sure not to over-do it. and to be very careful. plus, you are just doing your arms & legs, not your tummy or anything. i exercised a little bit while i was pregnant & everything went fine. i would ask the dr. though just to be sure! =)

yes, just ask your doctor how much. you can excercise but maybe not as long or hard as you are used to.

What did your ob/gyn say?

I don't see why not...I worked with a lady who would run miles a day when she was 8 months pregnant.

would only do light weights for now on or just stick to the legs and walking

Yes you can still lift weights if you are careful not to overdo it. This would be a great time to spend a little extra on a few hours with the physical trainer and learn exactly what you can do for the next 10 months.

Double check with your doctor, but it should be fine. Unless your doctor strictly and directly prohibits you from performing extreme fitness regimens, then you should be fine. Exercise -- in moderation -- is always recommended during pregnancy.

yea! just don't to much or the wil bitty baby will get hurt

Well it depends how far along you become I'd guess it'd be alright now just not to much. But id avoid stressful activitys like that, I could only guess that it couldnt help the baby.

yes but you shouldn't lift alot of weights and you shouldn't do alot often is good but you wouldn't want to injure yourself or the baby....

DEPENDS HOW HEAVY THE COCK IS..

Very early on you can, but i would consult my dr about the weight amount and how to lift. B/C i know that lifting above the head is out after a certian amount of months. So to be safe ask ur PCP.

weights for arms and legs, OK but i wouldn't do any lifting that could put a strain on your stomach. ask your Dr or trainer.
Many years ago i lost a baby through straining to lift a manhole cover to try to get a toy spade out for my toddler. didn't realise how much force i was putting into it, so be careful.
