Please help-Unhealthy look in face- Eyes fallen- weight loss?!

Question: Question Details: Can you please suggest what fallen eyes stand for?
I have lost my Babyfat in my face.
Me and also other people noticed that my eyes appear to be tired and sunken in Lately.
Iam only 28 and was looking great last year.
I did lose a lot of weight because of stress.
I have also been very sad lately.
My current weight is 51 kilos for a height of 168 cm
Iam always taking care of myself and willing to do anything neccesarry to heal this problem naturally.
Do you know what is the reason for sunken eyes?
Is there a vitamin missing?
Does it have to do with stress or the sadness?
I am sleeping properly and also feel like iam eating enough?
Really dont know what it means?
I am actually a very prettty goodlooking woman but
problem is taking away my sparks.

I really can't remember what the scientific word is for dark sunken in eyes. However, there are some things that you can do to reduce the problem; Alot of times, people have pillows that sleep low, you need a pillow with a certain amount of fluff to them, that way, while you're sleeping your head is elevated, which allows oxygen to to flow smoothly near the head area, reducing puffiness in the morning. Also, you can use moist (Green Tea bags), by applying that to your eyes for a few minutes b4 you go to bed at night. Lastly, yes, stress will defenitely, give to the appearance of what you've described. Throughout the day, inhale and exhale several times a day; it reduces tension, caused by strees, by aleviating toxins within the body, that causes low energy, dark circles around the eys, etc... Drink plenty of water, daily, anywhere from 6-8 ounce glasses of water a day. AND try to put in at least 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

I hope that helps.....
