heat up a sock full of rice *not cooked* in the microwave.. works like a heating pad............. and herbal tea helps too..

chamomile tea, maybe, and exercise helps even though it doesnt feel good when your doing it.

take ibuprofrin and find a plastic bottle or jug from your kitchen and fill it with hot tap water, wrap on dish towel and put it on your stomach. I used to do that when I had ovaian cyst ruptures. Lay down and try to relax and just destress. If the cramps are really bad, you may have something going on instead of menstrual cramps. When my cysts got large I thought they were cramps but it turned out it was a cyst about to break and that hurts like h3ll.

hot baths help they ease the pain and can trigger the process or speed it up just dont try and wash your hair in it

my suggetions woudl be natural remedies! Be careful what pills you take, as it can thin your blood too much.

you should pick up a painkiller of some sort, they really help. midol extra strength would be the best for you by the sounds of it. if not, just take deep breaths, drink something warm, lay down for a bit. just take a breather until the pain goes away.
hope that helps a little

chocolate actually helps, take a hot bath, or just try to sleep if you have any thing to help you

Do some sit-ups. I know it sounds awful, but it helps, really. Or try masturbating, that helps a lot too.

put a heating pad on, drink some hot tea, take 2 midols, and nap.
it'll be like it never happened. if it gets worse, talk to your doctor, for those severe pains they should put you on the pill, it lessens the pain.

Drink lots of fluids, keep yourself hydrated.
Thats the number one thing to help with cramps.
Also make sure your diet is healthy, and your getting the right nutrients. I like to take hot showers and just lay or sit in the water and it relieves pain, even mentsral cramps.
I hope i helped. I get horriable cramps too!
