Your body is still on the hormonal rollercoaster ride, started last month when you took the morning after pill. That overrides everything with a serious load of hormones to bring on the cycle as soon as possible. Your body doesn't quite know what to make of things, except it has to obey the hormonal order regardless of where it actually was. Afterwards it has to try to reestablish a normal pattern again. That can take a bit. You will have to wait a while longer for that to happen, and until it does you won't be able to predict anything with certainty. You probably aren't pregnant, just seriously disrupted. Until you have had a couple normal cycles, you need to be really careful to use a condom. And it may take 4-6 months for the reset to happen. If you don't start getting back to normal by then, it's time to visit the gyn.

Your body is just adjusting back to its normal balance after you just gave it a huge dose of hormones from the MAP. It can take a couple of months before your periods get back to normal again.

its just down to the morning after pill it can mess up your cycle a bit as a similar thing happened to me try not to worry once your hormones have calmed down your periods will settle back into a pattern.
