As long as it's done properly, it's fine. Your doc should leave the room, give you something to cover with and then knock before entering. There is no way you should be asked to undress in front of them, male or female.

I remember going to a doctor when I was younger, I was having seizures and he told me to undress. It had nothing to do with my body just my head. Weird huh? It happens when you get old perverted men as doctors.

How did I feel? LOL not to comfortable and refused going back to see him.

How does it feel for the doctor to tell you to undress??

well.. alittle awkward and shy at first but now I am use to it

When you become sexually active, you should be receiving annual check ups which include a full breast exam and a pelvic exam/pap smear. For the doctor to perform these tests, you MUST be undressed. They will give you a gown to change into, but it is a necessary evil of being a woman.

Awkward is all i can say, but gotta be done.

he never asked me I just did it coz he was hot looking
felt great

I remember I have alot or birthmarks and she wanted me to take off all my clothes except my underwear.....She wanted to messure them...It was pretty akward

As long as the doc gives you time to change alone and gives you something to put over yourself it should be ok. But you should always go with your gut instinct. Of course you will probably feel uncomfortable anyway but if it is only with this certain person you should always listen to your intuition.
