Lower right abdominal discomfort, ovaries, colon????!
Question: I noticed it when I was a bit constipated but lately I have been going, it feels silimar to ovulation pain however, I am not ovulating cause i am on the pill and I just finished my period. the discomfort is lower right refers a bit around to the back and a bit to the groin. Its not painful but just feels different. Any ideas.

This could be due to constipation. Continue to eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water.
Even though you are on the pill, your ovaries may still be making small cysts. This is normal. A cyst forms when you ovulate and holds the egg - you ovulate when the cyst breaks. You may be making empty cysts, and when it breaks and a little bit of fluid escapes (no egg) you may have this pain.
Some women are more prone to ovarian cysts than others. You may have this. If the pain gets worse, you get a fever, or stop passing stool or urine, then get to your doctor or urgent care. It could also be appendicitis or a kidney stone. However, other symptoms are often present.
