Once you start puberty a white and/or clear, non-foul smelling discharge (mucous) is normal. The vagina is self-cleaning. This same discharge increases the closer you get to ovulation and when you are sexually aroused. It also comes throughout your cycle.

Different Types of Discharge:

White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.

Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.

Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.

u need to go see a doctor...

when a girl first gets her mentral, not all the time its comes normal your still young its prob just starting, you may not have a normal cycle till your like 13 or 14

Puberty is a little different for everyone. It is common to have irregular menstrual cylces while going through puberty, after all there are a lot of hormonal changes happening to your body.
Your breast developing might be the case to your chest pains (growing pains). Now that you have breasts it is essential to learn how to do proper self breast exams, you can have a doctor or your mom show you how to do them or there is a lot of info to show you how to do them (pamphlets, library or internet).
Having a white clear liquid discharge means you're becoming a woman and it is normal, I wouldn't worry too much about that unless it smells funny or has a strange color to it.
Cramping should mean your period is on it's way and you should be getting ready to start again.
Sometimes it's a good idea to go and see a doctor or gynecologist if your cycles continue to be irregular.

Good luck! (=

The doctors say it can take up to a year or two before your cycle will regulate itself out. Just wait it out, its part of becoming a woman, and if you think your having symptoms not related to menstration then have your parents make a doctors appointment.
