Swollen breast lymph nodes?!

Question: the lymph nodes on the lateral parts of both of my breasts and about an inch above the nipple (bilaterally) are palpable, movable, and painfullll!!! Also, the lymph nodes under my clavicle are tender. I've had this pain for about 2 weeks. I'm a 25f. What could possibly be going on?
