Little Dots?!

Question: Since I hit puberty [Age 10], I've had little dots, the color of beauty marks a bit bigger then a beauty mark. They are not on my vagina, but on the top of my thighs, on the inside by my vagina. How can I get them away? I clean down there throughly, why doesn't it go away?

Never heard of that. I would go to a GYN to get their opinion.
