Tighten vagina muscles????!


Question: Besides kegels, Ive been told that you can sit over a pot of boiled water, (not while its boiling) for a certain amount of time and it would make it as tight as a virgin? Has anyone else heard this? I think its insane!!!

I've heard their are weights made for the vagina to help with building tone and strength.




Strengthen pelvic muscles. Pelvic floor exercises can help with some arousal and orgasm problems. Doing Kegel exercises strengthens the muscles involved in pleasurable sexual sensations. To perform these exercises, tighten your pelvic muscles as if you're stopping your stream of urine. Hold for a count of five, relax and repeat. Do these exercises several times a day.

Your doctor also may recommend exercising with vaginal weights. By using a series of five weights, each increasingly heavier, that you hold in place in your vagina, you can strengthen pelvic floor muscles. You gradually work up to heavier weights as your muscle tone improves.

i've heard that. never tried though. don't feel the need to try since hysterectomy.

It does sound somewhat insane, yes. I would not recommend it. Kegels are usually best. There are some products available online that claim to make you tight, but most are short acting - only an hour or two. Tight usually isn't a good thing, it leads to pain during sex.

Hahahha no that's not true. That would mean everytime you take a hot bath it would have that effect...so although hilarious, it's not true.

I never heard that! that does sound nuts kegels is the best way to go.

Old wives tale. I would think that means squatting over a pot of boiled water would strenthen your muscles because you have to stop yourself from caving in on it.

Sounds like something along the lines of holding yourself up over a candle to stregthen muscles.

it only works if you just gave birth to a baby and they usaully to that to take all that nasty stuff that u have inside you after giving birth and it helps to get your vagina back to normal but it won't be like your a virgin again trust me it true almost all my friends parents did it for them after they gave birth

you may not expect me to be able to give a serious answer to this but i was watchin dr. phil today and an expert ob-gyn Lisa Masterson said that stopping your urine like midstream will use those muscles and tighten , i know you probably didn't expect that from a guy but i saw it on there
