Is there any problem or aftereffects for a late period?!

Question: I am an Indian and is now residing in Japan. It has been just 2 months since I have been in Japan. After coming here, I had my first period on Jan 27th which was 2 days late and this month it is getting delayed, this is the 14th day i am waitting for it. I am married but according to the pregnency tests i have done a couple of times it was negative. I suppose that the delay may be due to the rapid climatic changes as well as the routine changes my body is undergoing. I had some vague symptoms of the periods for a few days but it didnt last for more. Do i have to wait for some more time or should i consult a doctor now? Is there any problem if i miss the period this time?
