Does cervical dysplasia cause irritation?!

Well I hope your LEEP goes as well as mine did. I found out I had severe dysplasia at the age of 16. However, I can't say that I ever had any irritation. I have looked around on the Internet and they all say that there is hardly no symptoms of dysplasia. I do know that it can cause infections. I would talk with your doctor before your procedure about the discomfort you are having. I am sure he can give you a better answer to what exactly it is. After the procedure you may have some discomfort after the pain medications wear off but mine was never anything horrible. I went to work the next with no complaints at all! Good luck!
