Question: For some reason i think im to skinny (all my friends say i kinda am) but in a way i think im fat.. i hate it...

i weight 97 am 14 and work out but alot of my weight is muscle and i dont wanna gain some pounds cause i dont wanna be fat! what do i do?

SIMPLE;

calculate your bms.in kilos

e.g.u are 1.60 cm and you weight 50 kg do this;
1)1.60x1.60=2.56
2)now; 50[ur kilos]/2.56=19.5[bms]

if ur bms is 18-20 U NEED TO PUT ON WAIT!!!
IF Ur bms is beetween 20-25 u are normal
if u are 25-29 u have extra pounds.
if ur bms is over 30 u are very fat ,u need to lose weight !!!


oh by the way u are 41 kilos.CALCULATE IT.

Well, if you eat a well balance diet and that's at least three meals a day you should be OK. The problem is when you exercise and don't eat. I hope this helps.

Pounds are NOT bad if they are muscle. Muscle is very different from fat. You should encourage muscle on your body.

if ur 14 and only way 97 then hunny u need to gain a little weight just to be healthy and gaining muscle weight is alot diff than gaining fat weight uno? i ma 17 and i play soccer swimm volly ball and track and i weigh 120 but i still fit into a size 2 jean and wear small and extra small shirts so uno the weight does nt matter cause ur body will just look completly toned and skinny okay lol so just work out and its okay to gain a lil mucel weight so dont worry about it
