Reflexology and fertility?!
Question: Please can anyone tell me if they have used reflexology to help with ttc. Am waiting for my next period so I can start Clomid. As my cycles are anything from 2 weeks to 12 weeks this could be a long wait. Just thought would reflexology help???

I am doing a diploma in reflexology and from what i know there is research into this saying that it could help, it is possible to work on your ovaries and fallopian tubes and to be honest results that i have seen in people who i have treated for different reasons emotional and physical have been inspiring and my clients are very happy with the results too. I would suggest that you go along for reflexology and give it a try as it is said to help with fertility problems, you might just be amazed at the results ( just make sure you go to a reflexologist with the appropriate training and dont be fooled by anyone who claims to cure ). I've heard it can but personally I am having acupuncture and that's supposed to be better (but research says one thing, then the next report says something different). It's about feeling relaxed as well so go for what does that for you. Good luck.
Reflexology will help to relax you and give you a feeling of wellbeing but other than that nothing I'm afraid.
