What are your experiences with YAZ Birth Control?!
Question: I become insane around that time of the month and my dr. suggested Yaz. Has anyone used it before? Are you on it now? Does it really help?

I'm on it and like it. I get headaches about the first week of pills and have a little spotting in between from time to time, but its all managable.
I had it and I did not like it at all....it made me breakout in my face and I hated that a lot. I also thought I felt weird...can not explain excatly what I mean...but it drove me nuts...and i stopped it after only 3 month....
Now I am not taking anything....and I feel soooooooooo good!
Do you mean Yazmin? I have found it very good, on it about 2years now...no weight gain, slight cramping at the time of the month..no major mood swings
I'm on Yazmin right now.. I was on Alesse for half a year and now I've been on Yasmin for about a month and half. I like it so far, it's kept up my skin pretty well (much better than Alesse) and I get my period normally (I know when it's coming). But lately I have been bleeding after sex, and that might be because of other causes (im on antibiotics right now) or the Yazmin is not strong enough for me.
i have been taking it for about four months. i like it. i have no cramps or anything like that. and its really good for my skin. i was on ortho-tri-cyclen before, and i broke out terribly. but yaz is so much better.
I like Yaz..no weight gain with it, not skin changes( my skin is still clear), seems like when I first started taking t thought for about a month and half I was having some mood swings..but...now when I get emotional it is not as bad

But all i know is that these type of drugs are hormone effective and they definately have impact on the body.
