Yes.

The average time that it takes a woman to ovulate is 14 days after the first day of her period. Sperm can live in your body up to 7 days, so if you ovulate slightly earlier than average--say 11 days, then if you have sex on the 4th day of your period, the sperm can implant into the egg a week later. You won't actually be pregnant until that day though, so you continue on the period as you would expect. You would not, in all likelihood, get your period the following month. (Some people still have a menstrual cycle despite their pregnancy.)

Hope this helps!

good question.. i dont know~

no your period would stop

No it will not....Well that might not be entirely true. Some women hve regular periods even while pregnant. In general though...It would stop.

your period will actually stop when you get pregnant but in some cases, there is still a bloody discharge coz your body is like draining what is left.

chances of getting pregnant during a period are pretty slim. by then, the egg has already died which is why you bleed. unless you ovulate during your period, you won't get pregnant and if you did, any bleeding would be from the period of 14 days before... If that makes sense!

You can get pregnant *anytime.* I have a really good ob/gyn, he knows.....everything.
Your period would not come the next month.

you cant get pregnant when your on your period.
when you get pregnant the egg sits itself into the lining of the uterus...and the lining is what is shed when your menstating, so hence...you have no lining for the egg =)

First of all You can't get pregnant on your period.

When you do get pregnant the first sign of (most) pregnacys is a missed period.
There will be spotting but not like your regular period

yes.

Ask a qualified and licensed healthcare professional. Your local primary doctor is a good choice.

Your period should continue as normal. Getting pregnant during your period is unlikely as periods typically occur at the end of your cycle and a new egg normally has yet to be released (in case you where wondering your period isn't used to get rid of the egg it is used to shed the lining of your uterus). it can occur if you have an unusually short cycle. the reason your period doesn't stop is that your body (generally) wont know you are pregnant until 6-8 days after fertilization, as fertilization occurs in the fallopian tube(normally within twelve hours of ovulation). Your body will only know it is pregnant when the fertilized egg finally emerges out of the fallopian tube and implants itself into your uterus. This is why you have to wait a week after you have had sex to take a pregnancy test.
