Can leap year throw off the menstrual cycle?!

Question: can it skip a month, or can it come later. or what?

Actually leap year does throw you off. Not because you're body knows it's leap year but because there's two less days in February. So if you usually start...say 10 days from the 30th then you will now start 10 days from the 2nd of March because your body counted the 1st and 2nd as the 29th and 30th. You body doesn't know that February ended on the 28th. So to all of you who thought that was a stupid question, it was very logical.

R U SERIOUS..R U REALLY ASKING THIS QUESTION

I am also wondering.......
im confused......

Well mine is late so it does

No, a leap year and your period are connected in no such way. A leap year isnt a natural thing, its just humans adding an extra day to the calender to make up for the extra 1/4 of a day we normally ignore.

No your body doent know the day of the week.
