Eating Disorders(Anorexia)?!

Question: Okay,so today my friend and I we're talking about eating disorders and she said, could you imagine if you lost weight! You'd lose like 15 lbs in one week! I said I'd only lose about 3 lbs a week. Which one is closest?

I'm 4'11 or 5ft. 94-97lbs.

And a bit of a stomach but hardly.

Well, at the beginning of your "anorexianess", you will lose a lot in the first week because you are losing water weight, so I would say your friend is closer only in the sense of the FIRST week. After that you lose a lot, but not as much as you did at the beginning. You begin to lose nutrients, vitamins.. everything you need to be healthy. That is why I don't know how people can stand it. I NEED that stuff; I don't want to die.

So, please tell me you AREN'T thinking about doing this to your body? Your weight is perfectly fine for your height. You don't need to worry about a thing.

Get thick girl.

?????? hu?

that makes no sense whatsoever
what are you asking?

Oh jeez, I do not think you should even be talking about you losing weight. You are sooo skinny and light, goodness!

And about your friend talking about you losing weight from an anorexia stand point isn't the brightest thing. I can't believe that 'friend' would even say anything like that to you! Craziness!..not much of a friend eh? She's subconsciously telling you you're fat...ouch.

Be smart about things like that so you're both safe and don't end up getting a full-on eating disorder.

How bout you try not eating junk food and working out? Anorexia is so unhealthy. You'll still have cellulite and weak muscles. Plus, not eating makes you bitchy, can cause malnutrition, and you'll feel tired and weak all the time. Start running. Now.

I'm not sure exactly what the question is.

A lot of weight is possible, but its "where" the weight comes from thats up for grabs.

Want to lose weight fast, lose fluids. I've seen someone with a disgusting case of the flu lose 10 pounds in 24 hours.

Still losing weight somewhat fast, is muscle loss, somewhere in the arena of 2-4 pounds in a week with ridiculous starvation diets and the body starts ingesting its own functioning tissue to survive.

A more healthy approach is to aim to lose fat, the storage compartments of the world. takes longer, slower, usually 1-2 pounds for a committed person is an acceptable answer

Your weight falls right into healthy, for someone of your stature.

well you have a eating dis order well see a doctor about eating disorder if its bad and you have and eating disorder you eat heatly food and steat of junk food
