If for whatever reason you can't get it out with your fingers, or the help of your partners fingers while you lay in a comfortable position with your knees up and legs spread for them to be able to easily reach it, you might need to see a gynocologist to have it removed. As embarassing as it sounds, it's not that uncommon, and your gyno (or even a clinic gyno) has definitely seen worse and weirder. Don't panic if you can't get it out immediately, you might need to work at it for a little while to get it out.
