I recently come off the pill???!
Question: I keep on getting headaches......i came off about a month and a half ago and have just finished my 1st period?! Do you think this is something to do with the after effects!?? its doing my head in...literally!!

I think this is normal.. everyone's body reacts differently. When I got off the pill I gained some weight, when I thought I would lose ....I also started breaking out a little bit...I didn't get headaches though, I wonder if maybe youre just dehydrated or it may be your hormones due to your period..If you are getting them about 2 weeks after your period then see a doctor and tell them about it... to see what they recommend.. but this sounds pretty normal...We get so used to being on the pill when were off.. our body has no clue...how to react.
when your on the pill your on a 28 day cycle,
when i was on the pill i came on the same day, same hour every month. but as soon as you come off it, you'll automatically go back to your normal cycle. and your body has to have time to get back to normal, so its completly normal.
if it doesnt settle after a couple of months go and see the GP.
