Is it true that once you start excersising on a regular basis, you'll want t!

Question: That's what my mom told me. I need to excersise more. I barely do. I can't take it sometimes. I get tired. And I might have a thyroid problems, so it's harder for me. I don't know if that's true. If it is, how long will it take for me to get used to excersising & wanting to do it more?

for me and everyone else i talk to exercising always sounds horrible and you basically dread it but once you get started your more into it and by the end of your work out your glad you did it. it could take a few work out sessions just to get your body used to it, but its worth it. start out slow with a fast paced walk and try to find something you enjoy, walking, running, biking, swimming, pilates. there's bound to be something out there you will enjoy! good luck!

The desire to exercise varies greatly from person to person. Getting started and staying started is always the hardest. Once you've got yourself into the routine of exercising, it is true to an extent that you'll want more. I think I get more of a guilty feeling when I skip a workout more than anything. Have fun with it. If your workout gets boring try something different. Good luck.

Yeah, unfortunately it is true. I'm like you, I find it hard, but when I was really fit, i was playing 8 games of netball a week and playing Tennis twice a week. i was a bit hyper before I got sick. Maybe you should join a team, make it more fun, and you'll have to turn up, you won't have an excuse not to excercise!!

Yeah it's true. I used to be a 65kg, 14 year old fat gurl who luves to eat, eat n eat. But since i started exercising i've lost nearly 12kg's in two year n exercise realy mekes you feel refreshed and cheerful too. When you meet people you fell happy and wanna talk alot. When u study everything gets into your head faster than u could imagine. Exercise is like an addiction. You do it frequently you wanna do it more regularly. Of course you would'nt feel sick if u missed your exercise once or maybe twice but you'll just feel little bit unhappy about it. As for you, it would be better if you could exercise only fifteen minutes a day. Get used to it first. When you feel its ok with you n u don't tire of easily add another 10 minutes, then another ten and another ten but not more then an hour. Remmember add more time only when you think youre used to it. It's no use if you exercise 45 minutes a day and don't exercise for the next 3 days then continue exercising for 30 minutes. It's hopeless. So gud luck, but before this i think it would be better if u could see a doc and ask his/her oppinion. It would be better as they know better. Gud luck gurl...
