I didn't work out for two weeks, is it normal that i gained about in inch ba!


Question: I was sick so i was eating a bit more but it just seems werid that its a whole inch, i know thats not a whole lot but it seems like it for only 2 weeks lol. Anyone got a clue?

this has happened to me. it really isn't a big deal. your body is used to exercising and burning calories.
when you were sick, you weren't as active as norm.
plus, you did eat a bit more and it depends on what you ate.
you'll lose it in no time.

Its actually all about your calorie accumulating and burning. If you are adding 2000 cals a day and loosing 1500 cals a day then remained 500 cals are added and kept in your body. even if you are on rest, then there are more chances that you are accumulating more cals and as a result your belly, and weight will go up...

Try to have food with the cals optimum used by you... Avoid oily and fried food. Have green vegetables and all that suits to mentain cals.
