Try taking some medicine with you to take when you have pains...also, I've heard that eating a banana really helps.

keep medication on hand like you do panty liners and tampons.

the best answer is taking medicine but sometimes ovarion cyst can be present and that causes really bad pains, so talk to ur doctor about doing a vagina ultrasound

Keep like advil in your purse or in your locker or something. or try eating a banana or something. That usually helps me. Good luck!

take meds like advil about an hour before the usually time u get cramps. and have some with u too. take them every 2 to three hours. ( it has a certain amount u'r not suppose to take in one day. i think 4. not sure thoe) anyway, take a cramp med an hour before the usually time u get cramps. that will help alot. That happens to me at times. i get mad cramps in Language Arts. times i can't do noting but cry and go home. it's very annoying. talked to my doc, and he told me bout talking a cramp med like advil an hour before the usually time u get cramps. that helps me alot! hoped i helped u and guld luck!!
