yes masturbating does tighten the vagina but only if you ~DONT~ put anything in there!

yes it does tighten the vagina. When you masturbate, your using your PC muscles. so when you are having an orgasm, the muscles are tightening therefore making your vagina more tight. However if you are using a vibrator, then your vagina will probably become more loose as its expanding to fit the vibrator.
