Unusual cramps two days after non hormone BC Pills?!

Question: I have been Having Aunt Flo type cramps since yesterday morning with no Aunt Flo. I did not have a withdrawal bleed this last time around on my off week of birth control.
I typically do not cramp until the day of Aunt Flo.
I have taken a test just to be sure and it is negative...
Anyone else ever deal with something similar?
