I'm 23 and I weigh 195lbs What can I do 2 loose 60lbs by September??!


Question: Hey!! Well I'm 5'4 & I weigh 195 *sigh* this is the heaviest I've EVER, EVER been in my life! After my break up almost 2 years ago I seem to just gain & gain all this weight how depressing =( My friends say I don't look that heavy...guess cuz all that junk goes to my trunk...lol Well I went from being 130 to obese...ugh!! >=/ I've tried all sorts of diets, but I can't seem to quit eating junk and drinking Coke...My co-workers don't help at all either which makes it even harder to stick to a diet. Anyway, I'm on a strict budget however, I really wanted to know what diet worked for you & what helped you stop craving crap....Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate it. I would preferably like to loose the weight by September my B*Day....I prob wont loose all 60lbs, but at least half would be nice....Thanks for all your help!

I have been eating those lean pockets for breakfast, and those lean cuisines for lunch and I have lost 21 lbs in the past couple months. I would reccomend no soda's and just basically count the calories you eat. Once you start getting lighter it will be easier for you to exercise. Good Luck

your gonn ahave to work yourself pretty hard.

try eating healthy, eat lots of vegetables and loads of fruit... try not to give up a lot of things you dont need to eat.

cravings dont stop.. its all about self control and taking things in moderation.

Ask a friend to join a gym with you so you feel more inclined to go.

1st of all u need to be positive and know u want to do it no matter what other ppl say or do...i know it may be hard but if ur determined to lose weight cut out allthe fatty, sugary foods for a start, have a breakfast, dinner and tea but nothing after 6pm, especially carbohydrates...drink plenty water, go for walks or try sit ups, eat veg and snack on fruit...and one day a wk have one treat so ur not totally depriving urself, weigh urself every 2wks-4wks ul see better results...good luck

Try taking digestive enzymes and 40g of fiber and eat chicken and fish , eat about 4-5 small meals aday. stay away from fructose corn syrup and aspartame. stay away from diet sodas, they make you hungry.
