periods cause spots, that's normal. quite funny that it's always in the same place - can't explain that one!
it is just a sign that your getting it every girl has different things that happen to them before there period some people don't have any signs some might get sick or bump or many different things you are ok though:]
It's a pimp and i have always seen it as a warning (its time to get all the protection u will need and to cancel vactions.lol) I,ve never asked the question of why in the same spot i just put some tooth paste on it at night and go on about my business.
