Are headaches and dizziness symptoms on an oncoming period?!

Question: I went off the pill a couple of months ago. I was on them for years so now that my body is getting back to normal I'm not sure if my symptoms would be the same. I've had a headache and dizziness now for two days. I thought it might be because I'm hungry but eating doesn't help. I got plenty of sleep last night so it's not that either.
