That little C-section pooch can be a really difficult one to get rid of. I had a pretty big pooch before I was pregnant, so my C/S pooch just blends in with my regular one.

I know many women who tried again and again to get rid of their pooch with exercises, diets, and creams or lotions, but many times, the only way to fully get rid of it is to have a tummy tuck. A lot of women have good results with them, but they're usually not recommended unless you're not planning on having any more children. That would be for you to discuss with a plastic surgeon, though.

Before looking into surgery, though, give tummy-toning exercises a try. Basic crunches are one way, or you can look into more alternative tummy exercises, like those used in Pilates, yoga, or dancing. Most of these are variations of the basic abdominal crunch.

You could also try adapting a lower carb diet. People who carry extra weight around their midsection usually get good results from cutting down on their carb and starch intake. Also, try to eliminate foods that bloat you, like carbonated beverages.
