i'm sorry i wont be of much help.. i actually got boobs before i got my period, and i did all this waaaaay young. I was 8 when i got pubes and boobs, and i was 10 when i got my period. NOT fun at all.
I'm sure you will get boobs soon.. Its a good sign that you have gotten your period because that means you dont have any kind of hormone condition that is inhibiting breast cell growth, which would also make you not have periods.... but since you DO have your period, i wouldnt worry about it too much. If you don't have boobs in a year or two, maybe you could bring it up when you go see your gyno?
boobs are bad for your back and tend to attract guys who are boobs, though not having breasts tends to attract such guys anyways as you still have body warmth and a heart beat
Some people develop later than others. Some people never develop much at all. I have known girls who had absolutly nothing at 15, then all of a sudden at 17 have the biggest boobs ever. I have also known girls who stayed flat chested. Give it time though, if you are slim all over, you may never get large boobs. If you are average sized, i would say you might be a late bloomer. Just play the waiting game. If you never develop, there are plenty of good padded bras out there!
You're probably just a late bloomer. In time, breasts will develop. It's no big deal though..they're just a hassle.

dont give up yet, some girls develop later then others. dont worry one day they will start and wont quit until you want smaller ones
If you're really active (like sports active) lol. then your boobs are usually smaller. Fat people usually have bigger boobs.
Yes i've heard that your period does help.
i wouldnt suggest wearing a padded bra like the girl down their said. the biggest turnoff for a guy is when he thinks a girl has big boobs then he sees her naked and flat chested, ive expericenced that before. so just wear a normal bra, DONT STUFF! you may also be made fun of if people notice.

Studies have concluded that men are more interested in the behind than the front of women's bodies. I mean, I personally don't really care if you have boobs or not. As long as a girl has a pretty face and a thin body, I would say she is pretty.
