Nope. Someone who is incredibly thin can have bigger breasts (I've seen a girl with a natural 32E when I worked in lingerie stores) but a 48 would be someone with a very very large body frame (to help you it's the measurement around the ribcage plus a few inches...) An average person who is neither thin or fat usually wears a size 34. So um no the sheer volume of a 48DD would make a 100lbs girl topple over LOL. But it's possible to get larger breasts and be slim. 32D and 32E are uncommon but sure as hell naturally possible. And those look even bigger because they are on a tiny frame, volume for volume.
Uh, no. Unless someone had fake boobs, or carried ALL their weight there. Also, they would be too thin to have a 48 ribcage.
You can be skinny, but by definition any fat on your body is included and breasts are mostly fat. It is also impossible to be alive without some body fat.
you can be skinny and have large breast it is possible. i would go to get proply fitted for a bra if i was you you may even be bigger, i know i am a 16 ff and have been told i could wear a 20 e if needed but it doesnt work you dont get the support you need if you get the rite size youll be surprised.

it's very possible......i'm 5'11" and weigh a little bit more than that. i had breast reduction surgery a couple of years ago and before that my boobs were so big that they didn't even know what bra size they were. just do whatever makes you comfortable.
well, no. for that height and weight your band (what you are calling 48) would be maybe a 34 or a 36 at most.
here's how to determine your bra size:
measure around under your breasts, where the band would go. that is the '48' mine is 36
next, with your best fitting bra on, measure around the widest part of your breasts. i got 42. (big boobs)
so the difference between the band size and the around the breasts is 6 inches.
A cup: 1" difference
B cup: 2"
C cup: 3"
D cup: 4"
DD cup: 5"
and sooooo on.
