If you haven't had intercourse she is probably not pregnant, unless she is sleeping with someone else. Most likely her vigorous workouts have caused her to not have her period or atleast make it irregular. When I was younger I used to play lacrosse and during lacrosse season I never would get my period because of my extreme physical training. I think you are probably in the clear, but you can always check a pregnancy test!
