Okay i got my test results back and need help?!
Question: my thyroid was normal but both of my female and male hormones are high and it looks like i have pcos so now what can i do i'm at a complete loss and need advice can anyone help me been trying to conceive 3yrs without luck doctor says lose weight but i'm not obese just slightly over weight

hi,i also have pcos,the doctor always says loose weight,it is just something they say because there is no cure for it,they can help you try and conceive but they will always ask you to loose weight.
do you have any other symptons? i.e. hair growth,irregular periods?
i have been trying for 5 years to get pregnant with no luck to,i no how you feel.
to be honest there is not much you can do as i said there is no cure.
the doctor will advise you to eat healthy,excercise,ect but really you should go to a gyno and ask them to help you get pregnant,they may give you clomid or something.

didnt the doctor prescribe Metformin i think that is usually prescribed or pcos.i know many women with pcos who have had children so dont lose hope.best of luck.
