if the smell didn't warn you then you deserve to drink it. But I actually know someone who drinks their own pee thinking they are getting the nutrients out of it the second go round. There are no scientific facts on this and I don't recommend it. I'm sure it tastes nothing like lemonade!

Pee is sterile when it comes out, so there's no harm there. You're just recycling water. If you were stranded in a desert, that's one life saving technique. If you drank old urine, then there would be bacteria in there and you might get sick.
