Sex is when a penis penetrates the vagina. So unless a penis has been in your vagina, you are still a virgin.
Personally I was raped as a child for years by an older cousin. I wasn't technically a virgin but in my heart I was still a virgin because I did not consent it. When I met my boyfriend that I've been with now for 3 years, he was a virgin and we talked and agreed that I was still a virgin because I didn't ask for what happened to me.
You didn't either, you did not ask to be abused, so even if he had raped you you'd still be a virgin in my opinion.
