When a girl is going through puberty, her voice can change slightly (it might get a little lower, but not nearly as drastically as a boy's voice).
They don't mention it as a stage a girl goes through in puberty but yea. Because when I was 11 my voice was high pitched and squeaky and now it's deep and a lot of people even say I sound like a man.
Yes, but not very much. However, during this period, it is much more prone to damage from overstrain, smoking, etc...
