Question: If I wear underwear at night, I change it before bed, and again in the morning, just cuz I like feeling fresh. I don't usually wear underwear to bed though. Just habit.

I do it or else I just don't feel clean.
But I don't think it is necessary but it does help.
Yes a clean pair in the morning and none at night your body needs to breathe
not necisarilly...this be depending on whether or not your on your period.if so please do change twice daily but otherwise just change daily. Also i reccomend that when you change your underwear which will also prevent rashes.

screw underwear! it is a waste of cash! and time! and it gets in the way of makin love! dont wear any! so much easier!

I take it off when I go to bed and put clean ones on after I take a shower in the morning. I can't stand wearing underwear to bed, sleeping naked is much more comfy.
