Sometimes my period comes a week or so early. It just happens, and as long as you're getting it, it's probably not a problem. The pain you're experiencing is probably due to stress. Calm down, take some mydol, do some stretches and exercise, and at least try to get a regular sleeping schedule because when you are staying awake when it's dark out and waking up in the middle of the day your body gets confused. Normally, light is the cue for when your body should be awake and when it should be asleep, so by staying up so late you mess with the natural cycle of rest. Also, you should be aiming to get around eight owers a night. I understand you study best at night, but try to get the studying done earlier for your health.

i'd put it down to stress, which forces a hormonal imbalance from the weird timings and schedules which youre now working to. stress can aggravate pain as well, i've found.

Periods aren't like a train dear it can come whenever it wants and holds no schedule. Also if you are having alot of pain the bc pill can help lessen cramps. I had wicked cramps when I was younger and when I was on the pill my period was not painful at all.
