Tampon falls out?!

Question: Whenever I use tampons, they seem to dislodge themselves. I've been using them for over 13 years, and it never used to be a problem, but over the last few years, this has started. They don't just drop out or anything, but they don't stay in properly either! What could this be from? Does anyone else have this problem? I've also tried using "Instead" which is like a plastic cup, and have the same problem, it doesn't stay in place properly, causing a big mess!

maybe your vaginal muscles have lost some of their tone? i know it can happen from having kids. your muscles are what keeps your tampons in. try doing a kegel exercise routine. (squeezing & releasing your PC muscle, google for more info) it can't hurt :)

That is weird, I have never heard of this happening or experienced it. Have you tried maybe buying a bigger size of tampon? This will sound stupid but I remember in the movie mean girls one of the girls said she had to get huge tampons because she had a "wideset vagina" lol, could that possibly be your problem? ( i feel really dumb giving advice from mean girls lol)

never had that problem. They are making them smaller than they used too

i use custom made tampons because i have a problem down there if u no what i mean, but if you dont want to spend that much money bc after a while it gets expensive you can just use the next size up...i did that for a while and it really helped!!!!

you used tampons when you started your period and your vagina grew larger throught that time and finally it's shrunk down to a normal size and you need smaller size tampons now me and my sister share this account i am 10 and she is 16 so im 10 years old so idk i was just trying to share my option.
