and each time we try, it only lasts for about not even 15-20 mins.
i was tested for std's and came back negative for everything.
and we've tried lube but it only became sticky after a few seconds.
any suggestions on why it hurts?

I'm confused about what exactly you're asking. Does he only last 15 mins? Because then you'll have to slow down. Are you doing enough foreplay? You should spend at least 15-20 on that alone. Lube gets sticky a lot. Try a different one. Make sure you don't have an allergy to latex.

That's a normal amount of time for sex to last, particularly since it's only been 3 months. If you mean you're not staying wet the entire time, try a different lube. There are gazillions of kinds, so try one that is more liquidy than gel-like. Also make sure you're completely relaxed.
